Grammatiki Tsaganou received her BA in Physics and her MSc in Electronic Automation from University of Athens. She also received her Ph.D in Educational Technology in 2003 from Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, University of Athens. She is now Research Fellow of the Intelligent Adaptive Learning Environments & Educational Software Group and member of the Education and Language Technology Group, Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, University of Athens. She is a Teacher in Vocational School in Secondary Education and teaches didactics of informatics.

Her research interests concern Educational technology, Open learner modeling, Web-based adaptive & intelligent educational systems, Text comprehension theories, Authoring tools and Didactics of Informatics.She has participated in 15 national and European educational research projects concerning development of educational systems and educational software for higher and secondary education. She has 6 publications in international Journals, 6 contributions in international book chapters, 27 papers in proceedings of international conferences and more than 70 citations to her research work.
